Disclosure Statement – Affiliation Appendix
In accordance with Section 16A(a)(2) of the Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing, and Investment Portfolio Management Law, 5755–1995 (hereinafter: “the Law”), Fortune Financial Assets Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Portfolio Manager”) is honored to inform you that:
1. The Portfolio Manager engages in investment portfolio management and investment marketing, and not in investment advice.
2. The Portfolio Manager has an affiliation with mutual funds managed by Ayalon Mutual Funds Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Related Funds” or “the Related Assets”), as detailed and updated from time to time on the company’s website at www.fortune-fa.co.il.
3. The Portfolio Manager may prefer the Related Assets over other financial assets to which it has no affiliation, even if those assets are similarly suitable for the client.
4. The nature of the affiliation between the Portfolio Manager and the Related Assets is as follows:
Ayalon Mutual Funds Ltd. is entitled to management fees and subscription charges for the purchase or continued holding of units in the Related Funds in the client’s account.
The Portfolio Manager, which manages the investment portfolios of the Related Funds and may also market their units, receives payment and/or compensation in connection with the purchase or continued holding of such units in the client’s account.
5. The list of financial assets to which the Portfolio Manager is affiliated, as described above, may change from time to time.
6. The Portfolio Manager may, directly or indirectly, hold and trade for its own account in securities and financial assets purchased or sold from/to the client’s account, before and/or during and/or after executing such transactions on behalf of the client.
